However, we do not issue any refunds on Sale Items such as Free offers or Clearance items. The reason being is that these are wholesale prices to the public. All sales are final on sale items.
What to do if you have received a damaged item?
- If you have received an item that has been damaged during the transfer please contact me via the Facebook messenger or email me at my Email: needhelpTADS@gmail.com
- To speed up the resolution of such matters, please take pictures that show the damaged item and send them to us by email with clear explanation of the issue.
- We will endeavour to resolve every such situation in the fastest possible way and get your new item shipped out as soon as possible.
- Please do not worry, I will do my utmost to sort it out.
