3 Powerful Tips on how to Release Stress & Anxiety F A S T!

 

With the crazy heavy energies out there in the last few weeks, I know a lot of people who are feeling very anxious, are highly stressed and even had panic attacks. Me included! I haven’t had a panic attack for over a year now but last week I have experienced a very intense one that had me in a deep anxiety for a couple of days.

Just when you think you are done with your inner work, a whole lot more comes to the surface to be released!!! 

I used to dread moments like this because none of us likes to feel anxious, stressed or outright panicked. 

So, in this video I want to share with you 3 POWERFUL tips on how to release anxiety and stress almost instantly from your body.

1. Press the Acupressure point CV17 on your chest:

Point CV 17 (also called a conception vessel or sea of tranquillity), is a great emotional balancing point. It is located four finger widths up from the base of your breastbone, in the center of your chest. Use your fingertips to slowly rub up and down in the center of your breastbone to feel for an indentation, between the nipples on a man. This is an attempt to self soothe, connect to the heart centre and let your heart control your mind instead of your mind running wild and controlling your body. Put 3 fingers on the CV17 point. You will feel instantly where it’s a bit tender and when you press it and take 3 deep breaths, you will feel an instant relief.

2. Deep cleansing breaths:

Take 10 - 12 deep cleansing breaths and state that: 'I consciously release all anxiety, all stress and anything that isn't serving me.'

 

3. Go for a walk in nature and ground yourself: 

Our Divine Mother has some pretty fantastic soothing properties on our Spirit. Whenever I feel anxious I try to connect with the Divine Nature as much as I can and repeat the cleansing breaths 10 - 12 times or until I feel calmer. 

Imagine a golden Divine light of the sun, entering every cell in your body and healing you, filling you with love and light. This little exercise has literarily been my miracle secret to feeling amazing every day.
